今天被领导很K了一顿，原因N多。主要爆发是因为领导使用公司邮箱给Hotmail和sina.com.cn发送邮件的时候对方无法收到。

微软的退信明细：

懂技术的人应该很容易看得出，这个完全与本地邮件服务器没有任何关系。但是领导不能理解……

问题分析：
根据退信指示，我查到目前公司所使用的邮件服务器的IP被垃圾邮件追踪机构spamhaus.org列为动态IP，而hotmail、yahoo、msn、live等使用的则是他们的规则。新浪的就更明显不过了，就是新浪的“超强”过滤。新浪这点应该是在国内早已是口诛笔伐了吧。

解决办法：
向垃圾邮件追踪机构spamhaus.org提交我们的IP申请，因为我们其实是固定IP。抑或直接要求电信重新分配一个IP不在过滤规则里面的固定IP（经过现场测试，更换IP后发信正常）。至于新浪，按照新浪网的申请流程正常办理即可。
